IDENTIFYING THE PROBLEM

Tracking the change.

VetPlus, part of the Tangerine Group, is a UK based manufacturer of nutraceuticals (nutritional supplements) for animals, which sells directly to veterinary practitioners globally. VetPlus promotes a multi-modal approach to treating animals, combining nutritional supplements with guidance on behavioural changes to support rehabilitation.



VetPlus engaged us to build an application that would promote a multi-modal approach to treating behavioural disorders in cats and dogs. The brief was for an application that would educate pet owners on behavioural management techniques and allow them to track behavioural changes over the course of treatment. VetPlus also wanted it to serve as a source of support information, so pet owners could engage with their pet's treatment and improve success rates.

CRAFTING THE SOLUTION

Pawsitive steps.

Built as a core place for tracking pet mood and health, and for sharing knowledge with other pet owners, the app can host a range of media including video, high-quality images, audio and text. It also works as a communication tool for vets and the Plasid team to share best practice articles for pet care, and gives pet owners qualitative information they can share with their vets as part of treatment.
